It's not pressing PLAY, but it's something...

I started walking last Wednesday. Check the mileage ticker at the bottom of the page. I've done 3 walks.

That's an average of about 2.5 miles per walk. And I'd thought I'd have a heart attack if I walked more than a few blocks at a fast pace...

Silly me. I can still rock the walk. And I did. And I will every day this week except today.

More on my walks on Weigh-In-Wednesday.

And I still need to get in some beading. Things just haven't been working out as I've planned lately. Makes me wonder (yet again) why the hell I even try to plan things out anymore...

  1. If you plan to do something, but never commit to a plan..... but still end up doing the thing you originally planned..... I do believe that actually counts as spontaneity.

Commiting to a plan is destined to go all wonky. Its true.

Well said, Stephieface. And hey - you took care of yourself by walking, which is high priority. Yay you!
